2. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our website by customers in Switzerland and Europe. Any order implies full acceptance of these GTC.
3. Products
The products presented on our site are described and illustrated with the greatest care. However, a slight variation in presentation or color may exist.
4. Price
The prices indicated on the site are in [CHF or EUR] including all taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs are added when the order is confirmed.
5. Order
Any order placed on our site is final upon validation and full payment. A confirmation email is sent automatically.
Terrame Sàrl reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.
6. Payment
Accepted payment methods are indicated during the ordering process (bank card, Twint, PayPal, etc.).
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
7. Delivery
We deliver to Switzerland and countries within the European Union.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the country.
Terrame Sàrl cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.).
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Swiss law, no right of withdrawal is imposed.
However, we offer our customers 14 days to return an unused product, in its original packaging, at their expense.

9. Warranty and Returns
Defective or damaged products may be returned for replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt.
We are committed to processing return requests within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Liability
Terrame Sàrl declines all responsibility in the event of inappropriate or non-compliant use of the products sold.
Our liability can only be incurred for proven direct damages, and within the limit of the amount of the order.
11. Data protection
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable legislation (LPD and GDPR).
No data is sold or transmitted to third parties without consent.
12. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the canton of Neuchâtel, subject to appeal to the Federal Court.
