Ômara: A brand born from the field, driven by care

Origins and Philosophy

Ômara was born from a deep commitment to the mountains of Dharamsala, in northern India, in the heart of the Tibetan community in exile. It was there that Maurin Lavergnat trained in traditional Tibetan healing from a masseur who accompanied the Dalai Lama's monks and doctors. This vibrant and human transmission awakened a vocation: to connect ancestral knowledge with coherent, grounded, and accessible healing practices.

Ômara draws inspiration from Tibetan medicine, Ayurveda, modern cellular nutrition, and current scientific research. The goal is clear: to offer a targeted range that strengthens the body, restores vital energy, and supports overall balance.

A short range, carefully thought out

Ômara prioritizes quality over quantity, with a limited but rigorously formulated range. Each Shilajit and adaptogen is formulated without unnecessary additives, lab-tested, and comes with complete transparency regarding its composition.

Ammala: Solidarity rooted in the Himalayas

In 2009, a trek in Ladakh marked the beginning of a human adventure. Following a natural disaster in 2010, the founders, with the support of Thenzin Dhondup, committed to the Tibetan cause, provided practical assistance to 80 children and several families: schooling, food, clothing, and equipment.

From this, the Ammala association was born, founded on April 29, 2011. Today, more than 240 children are in school and benefit from long-term support. Ammala also supports health, cultural and sustainable development projects to improve the living conditions of Tibetan communities.

Terrame: The committed organic store

For over 14 years, Terrame , located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, has been much more than an organic store: it's a place for sharing and meeting. Each product is carefully selected, favoring organic farming, fair trade and short supply chains.

Maurin selects the suppliers himself, to guarantee impeccable quality, whether it is high-altitude shilajit, artisanal essential oils or adaptogenic infusions.

Espace Prana: Tibetan care

Trained in Tibetan energy healing, Maurin has been offering individual consultations at Espace Prana for 16 years. Each session combines manual techniques, energy work and rebalancing of the five Tibetan elements to revive the vital breath, remove blockages and restore deep calm.
